TREATMENT:
- Manual Therapy to restore pelvic and lumbar symmetry, reduce muscle tension, increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and address scar tissue
- Functional re-training of posture, body mechanics, faulty movement patterns, and coordination of abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
- Exercise program for home to build strength, improve flexibility, relaxation, improve bowel and bladder habits.
- Biofeedback or electrical stimulation to assist with exercises or relaxation training.
